Panels get modified, current transformers get sized to a conductor, LED walls get sized to a wall, cabinets get built to an ambient temperature. Send the panel schedule — or a photograph of the wall — and we quote the configuration rather than the catalogue number.
Stocked lines go through the cart and get a dispatch date against real inventory, not an estimate. Anything that has to be built or modified — a panel, a CT ratio, an LED wall sized to a room — goes to the RFQ page and comes back as a configuration with a price against it.
Orders and enquiries are answered within one business day, Pacific time. If a lead time on the site has gone stale, you are told before the PO is accepted rather than after the delivery date has passed.
Card and ACH orders ship once funds clear. Net 30 and Net 45 are available to approved accounts within the credit limit set at approval. Prices are USD, ex-works Arcadia, with tax handled against a resale certificate where one applies.
UPS Ground from $18 and 2nd Day Air from $46 for units and spares. Palletised LTL and staged releases are quoted with the project, because a 61-panel site is a schedule rather than a shipping line item. Collection from Arcadia is free by appointment.
