Common questions
That is the whole design constraint. Split-core CTs clamp over a live conductor, the three-pole unit replaces a breaker in the same slot and the same enclosure, and no feeder is isolated to install it. What does need a window is the panel door work on a board with exposed busbar — that gets scheduled to a planned stop or run outside production hours.
No. The gateway exposes an OPC UA server and MQTT topics, so your existing SCADA reads one more server and keeps its own screens. Replacing a working SCADA is the fastest way to make a plant reject a project, and it is usually unnecessary.
It is priced per point, per circuit and per camera rather than per box, which is why we ask for a panel schedule before quoting. A six-panel lighting and small-power job is a different order of magnitude from a 61-board plant with demand control. First-pass budget comes back at ±20%.
Both. Most plants buy through an electrical contractor or systems integrator who is already on site, and that partner gets deal registration on the opportunity plus application engineering from us. Direct enquiries are routed to a registered partner unless the plant asks otherwise.
Yes — on-premise on a plant server or your own VM, air-gap capable, annual licence. Video analytics can stay entirely at the edge with only event metadata published, which is usually what a security review asks for when the plant is on a corporate network.
Assemblies are built in Shenzhen; the major components come from a documented bill of materials we will send you on request, per production lot. It is a country-of-origin declaration naming where each assembly and its main components are made — a record of origin, not a certification against any procurement rule. Whether a given rule is satisfied depends on your clause and your own review, not on our document, and we would rather you made that call with the list in hand than after the order.
Five business days for a standard package: data sheets, current type test reports, terminal diagrams and the Modbus register map, issued against your project address so the revision stays traceable. Riser diagrams and point schedules take longer because they are engineering, not document retrieval.
