Most suppliers do not publish a page like this, because a page like this loses orders. It is here for a simpler reason: whether a piece of industrial equipment can be sold in the United States is no longer decided by its quality or its price. It is decided by four gates that do not talk to each other, and a product can pass three of them and still be unsellable. If you are taking this company seriously enough to read the detail, you should be able to see where the lines are before you send a panel schedule.
A device needs all four. Passing the safety listing says nothing about the radio authorisation, and passing both says nothing about whether the customer is entitled to buy it.
Cleared means no gate is closed. Conditional means we supply it with a specific record attached to the quotation. Not supplied means a regulator has closed it. US-sourced means we can get it, but importing it does not pay.
Two of these are categories that a great many suppliers will still send you a price for. The dates and the instruments are given so that you can check them rather than take our word.

This is the part of the page that a lawyer will read first, so it is written to be read that way.
An unqualified claim requires the product to be all or virtually all made here: final assembly, all significant processing, and virtually no foreign content. A panel built in California around imported drives does not meet that test, and the FTC has been issuing warning letters over exactly this pattern since the March 2026 executive order on origin claims.
What this means for a quotation. The electronics carry a 25% Section 301 duty and a 12.5% forced-labour tier that nothing removes. The enclosure and the busbar carry none of that when they are bought here. Assembling in California does not make the product cheaper than a Chinese import โ it makes the part of the invoice that a tariff can reach smaller, which is a different and more durable advantage.
The fastest way through all of this is a conversation about the building: what it makes, how many boards it has, who inspects it, and whether any of the money is federal. Those four answers decide most of what is on this page before a single price is quoted.
