We do not collect government identification numbers, and we do not buy personal data from third-party brokers.
We use three kinds: a session cookie that keeps your cart together, an analytics cookie that tells us which pages get used, and — only if you arrive from an ad — an attribution cookie that records which campaign brought you. You can block all of them in your browser; the cart will still work for the duration of your visit but will not be remembered between sessions.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks beyond the attribution cookie described above.
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support conversations are kept for three years. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for twenty-six months.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a portable copy, or object to a particular use. Email doubleninginc@outlook.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days. We will ask you to verify your identity before acting, because we are not going to hand someone else's order history to whoever emails us.
You may also opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of any message. Order and shipment emails are transactional and will continue while an order is open.
The site runs over TLS. Payment details are handled by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor and never touch our servers. Access to order data is limited to the six people who work here, each with individual credentials and two-factor authentication.
This store is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we change this policy in a way that affects how we use data we already hold, we will email account holders and post the change here with a new date at the top.
